Works with Studio Bogoni since 2014, after many years of experience at a leading corporate finance company based in both Milan and Padua.
He mainly deals with assisting companies in crisis situations, drafting strategic, industrial and economic-financial plans, especially in the context of composition with creditors and debt restructuring.
He carries out balance sheet analysis and business plan drafting as part of financial restructuring operations or strategic management consulting projects.
He also deals with company valuation for M&A transactions and/or corporate reorganisation projects.
He graduated with honours in Banking and Finance from the University of Padua in 2010.
He has been registered as a Chartered Accountant in Padua since 2018.
