Joining Studio Bogoni in 2003, she deals principally with services aimed at supporting businesses in difficulty, handling arrangement with creditor proceedings and drawing up recovery or debt restructuring plans, as well as industrial and economic-financial plans as part of long-term arrangement and reorganisation operations, on behalf of both companies and groups of companies.

The areas she covers also include the analysis of financial statements, drawing up of business plans and business valuations as part of Merger&Acquisition transactions, transfer of company shares or restructuring transactions, also drawing up valuation reports relating to particularly complex business packages.

She also operates in the cost analysis and accounting field, creating instruments to back up business decision-making processes and performing auditing tasks in the role of continuing auditor and/or statutory auditor.

She also deals with the preparation of statutory and consolidated financial statements in accordance with ITA GAAP and IFRS GAAP principles on behalf of companies, including quoted companies.

During her professional internship, she participated in business consultancy activities directed at small and medium-sized enterprises and groups, including limited audit projects, due diligence, business valuation and management control.

She has been involved in the organisation of lectures during the “Cost analysis and accounting” course held at the Faculty of Statistics of Padova University and in seminars held at the CUOA Foundation of Altavilla Vicentina, contributing to the preparation of teaching material for courses and conventions.

She was awarded a Degree in Economy and Commerce at Padova University in 2001.

She has been a member of the Padova Association of Chartered Accountants since 2005 and recorded in the Register of Auditors since 2006.
