Awarded a Degree in Economy and Commerce (Venice University). Member of the Padova Association of Chartered Accounts and Accounting Professionals since 2011 and recorded in the Register of Auditors since 2002.

He specialises in tax consultancy and support to enterprises and individuals, with emphasis on direct and indirect taxation. He also provides corporate consultancy services in connection, in particular, with the incorporation, operation and winding-up of companies, as well as contractual and tax consultancy in relation to extraordinary finance transactions (company mergers and demergers, acquisitions and sales of businesses, leasing of businesses).

He also deals with the drawing-up of financial statements, auditing of accounts, business valuations and technical consultancy on accounting and tax issues.

He has also lectured during specialisation courses on topics connected with accounting principles applying to financial statements, analysis of financial statements and management control.
